Return & Exchange Policy
At Lion Hearted Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.
Return Window
Customers must open a return request within 7 days of receiving their order. Requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, all returned items must:
- Be in new, unworn condition.
- Be unwashed and free of stains, odors, or damage.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Have all original tags attached and intact.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns will receive either:
- An exchange for another item (subject to availability), or
- Store credit for the value of the returned item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Lion Hearted Clothing is not responsible for return shipping expenses and does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Final Sale Items
All discounted, sale, promotional, clearance, and marked-down items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
