All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Lion Hearted Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Lion Hearted Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Lion Hearted Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
